About

Love Carter is a transformational keynote speaker, leader, and serial entrepreneur whose life's work is rooted in one powerful truth: real change starts within.

Known for her authenticity, conviction, and ability to connect deeply with young adults, Love uses her voice as a spiritual tool to speak life, awaken purpose, and develop confident leaders—on stage and off.

Early Success & Leadership

Love's professional journey began early. At just 19 years old, she entered the real estate industry and went on to close over seven figures in sales, proving her ability to lead, execute, and succeed at a high level. She also made history as the first Black student body president of her high school—an early indicator of her natural leadership and influence. Yet despite these accomplishments, Love's path was not linear or easy.

A Story of Resilience

Her story includes moments of rejection, redirection, and resilience. After being dismissed from multiple schools, jobs, and systems that once defined her future, Love was forced to confront discouragement head-on. In seasons where others counted her out, she learned how to encourage herself, love herself, and speak truth over her own identity. That internal work became the foundation for everything she now teaches.

Love understands firsthand how words can shape a life. Having struggled with self-love, negative self-talk, and identity, she found freedom when someone spoke truth into her—reminding her that she was fearfully and wonderfully made. That moment changed her trajectory. Today, she overflows as a light in every space she enters, committed to being the voice she once needed.

Her Mission & Work

As the founder of Love Carter Speaks LLC, Love delivers transformational and preventative messages to young adults ages 17–25, with a strong focus on students in alternative and at-risk educational settings. Her work addresses identity, self-esteem, leadership, resilience, purpose, and community—equipping individuals with the mindset, motivation, and tools needed to take ownership of their future before disengagement takes root.

Love believes self-love is the anchor of life. When individuals know who they are, they become unshakable in the face of trials, transitions, and setbacks. Her messages challenge audiences to move beyond external validation and understand that results, confidence, and leadership are built internally first. Through powerful storytelling, faith-centered insight, and practical application, Love helps people reconnect with their worth and step boldly into who they were created to be.

Beyond the Stage

In addition to speaking, Love is the host of The Called Young Podcast, where she continues to pour into the next generation as a faith-based leader committed to developing kingdom-minded individuals. Whether she is on a stage, behind a microphone, or in a one-on-one coaching session, her mission remains the same: to empower people to overcome discouragement, cultivate self-worth, and become the best version of themselves.

“Own your story. Own your identity. Own your life. Because it all starts within.
